This Shipping & Delivery Information is part of our Terms and Conditions of Trade (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Information when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Shipping & Delivery Options

In Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all ex-stock purchases.

Please confirm with us prior to pickup that we have your items available ex-stock.

Pickups are available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Excludes public holidays and our Christmas/New Year closure dates.

Pickup is from 45 Angle St, Onehunga, Auckland 1061.

New Zealand Wide Shipping

Shipping is available within New Zealand.

Shipping will be charged in addition to your order.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information including shipping prices.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

International Shipping

We do not offer International Shipping.

We can offer for goods to be export packaged and sold internationally on EX WORKS terms, please enquire for details.

Order delays

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
